Commercial HVAC Service Technician $65,000 - $110,000 per year | Valley View, OH | On-Site | Permanent We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems in the field. Core Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems. Perform preventative maintenance and inspections. Diagnose system failures and recommend solutions. Service split systems, package units, and chillers. Respond to emergency service calls. Complete service documentation and reporting. Utilize smart devices and Microsoft Office tools for reporting/service management. Maintain strong client relationships and customer communication. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company procedures. Provide technical support and expertise to customers and team members. Must‑Haves: 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience. Experience independently troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems. Chiller experience strongly preferred. EPA certification required. Valid driver’s license. Strong customer‑facing communication skills. Comfortable using tablets/smart devices and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently in the field. Stable work history preferred. Nice‑to‑Haves: OEM/manufacturer experience. Building automation or controls exposure. Experience with large commercial facilities.
