The work is performed in low and high traffic areas exposed to the elements. Job Duties: Setting up safe work zones with proper equipment Communicating with your partner to keep everyone safe Controlling traffic flow with stop/slow paddles Providing outstanding service and protection to customers Receiving continuous development and guidance to turn an entry level opportunity into a long-term career Assists Field Supervisors in job setups and pick-ups Assists as a flagger on Flagging projects Assists in the cleanup of the Yard and Warehouse Able to follow instructions and directions. Able to communicate effectively with the Supervisor in turn. Able to work with basic tools such as screwdriver, hammer, wrench, drill, etc. Able to show up to work on time and ready Disclaimer: The duties and responsibilities are basic outline and are not limited to the duties listed. Valid driver's license required for this role Able to stand 8-12 hours a day Lifting 50-60 lbs Working in all types of weather, and in traffic Able to pass pre-employment screening including a drug test Full time, $16.00 - $16.75/hour Comprehensive benefits package including three medical plan options and two dental plan options, along with additional benefits such as Legal and Identity Shield, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage.
