Adecco is assisting a local surface engineering manufacturer in Kennebunk, ME, hiring Production Associates for temp-to-hire opportunities . These positions offer competitive pay, and overtime opportunities.
Schedules & Pay:
1st Shift
- Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- $18.00+/hour
2nd Shift
- Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- $19.50+/hour
3rd Shift
- Sunday-Thursday | 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
- $20.00+/hour
What You'll Do
- Perform manufacturing and production processes while meeting quality standards
- Operate production equipment and machinery
- Load and unload parts and materials
- Clean, prepare, and stage products for processing
- Perform visual inspections and verify product quality
- Count, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Follow work instructions and production procedures
- Complete accurate production documentation and data entry
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to support production goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to inspect parts and identify quality issues
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.50 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
