About the team We are investing heavily in Bank Modernization to simplify how we build, launch, and service financial products. As the Senior Manager, Product Manager- Migration Strategy & Ecosystem Readiness, you will report directly to the Director of the Migration Domain. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact leadership role, where you will translate our overarching program vision into an intentional, seamless strategy for millions of customers. In this role, you will lead the definition of the migration scope, simplification strategies, and target‑state customer and business experiences. You will guide product analysis, business rules, and future‑state design decisions, while serving as the primary quarterback ensuring that our broader ecosystem, including operational processes, associate servicing, training, and customer communications, is systematically prepared to support both our associates and customers throughout the migration journey. McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management Wilmington, DE: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
