Treasury Analyst

Temporary Accounting/Finance Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-established financial services firm seeking a Temporary Accounting/Finance Specialist to support its team during a high-volume period. This role requires a candidate with prior experience within a financial services, wealth management, or investment firm environment, ensuring familiarity with industry-specific processes, controls, and reporting requirements.

Location: Radnor, PA (Fully Onsite) Salary: $30-$35/hr. Employment Type: Temporary (36 months, potential extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Reconcile investment accounts, cash activity, and client transactions
• Prepare and review financial reports and supporting schedules
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests
• Analyze discrepancies and resolve variances in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and financial policies

Qualifications

• Required: Prior experience within a financial services, investment management, or wealth management firm
• 25+ years of accounting, finance, or related experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
• Experience with financial reporting and month-end close
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs preferred)
• Experience with accounting or portfolio systems (e.g., Advent, Geneva, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Fully onsite, MondayFriday
• Standard business hours with potential for occasional overtime during close cycles
