Active District of Columbia license or license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Minimum 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required by client. Experience with documentation and care planning in a SNF environment preferred. Ability to follow therapist-directed treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
