In this versatile role, you will provide essential support to our leadership and staff, ensuring our daily operations run with precision. What You’ll Do Operational Support: Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, organized record‑keeping, and document preparation to ensure departmental efficiency. Departmental Rotation: Support various teams across the organization. While placement depends on current business needs, available departments may include Operations, Marketing, General Administrative, Affordable Housing, and Insurance. Project Assistance: Help execute special projects and research initiatives as assigned by department managers, gaining exposure to different facets of the business. Communication & Coordination: Support the team with scheduling, meeting preparation, and internal communications, maintaining a professional presence at all times. Office Stewardship: Assist in maintaining our standards for office organization and administrative excellence. What You Bring to the Table Education: High school diploma or GED required; current college students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Technical Proficiency: Professional experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a significant plus. Adaptability: The flexibility to move between different departments and adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities. Detail Orientation: A high level of accuracy in administrative tasks and a commitment to seeing projects through to completion.
