Workstation Deployment Engineer

Salary: $93,000 - 133,000 per year Requirements:

• A bachelors degree, technical degree, or equivalent work experience
• One to two years of desktop support or imaging experience
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and customizing Microsoft Office, including Outlook
• Experience troubleshooting workstation hardware
• Knowledge of and experience with Active Directory
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and task-coordination abilities
• A customer-service focus and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and a focus on processes, metrics, and results
• Preferred technical knowledge: Windows operating systems, Windows Server, Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, Apple operating systems, and VMware

• Follow the Workstation Deployment Managers procedures for workstation and peripheral deployments
• Receive, recondition, and redeploy used equipment
• Follow procedures for prioritization, communication, documentation, and escalations
• Work closely with the Workstation Deployment Manager to support client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve technical services and support
• Follow up with customers, identify areas for improvement, and share feedback with the appropriate internal teams and management
• Adapt priorities and balance responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Work outside standard hours when necessary or participate in an on-call rotation, if applicable
