What You’ll Do Oversee field operations across multiple heavy civil construction projects Lead, mentor, and support superintendents and foremen Drive project schedules, productivity, and execution in real time Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency Partner with project managers and leadership teams to align on goals Monitor job costs, budgets, and progress ; make adjustments as needed Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulations Build and maintain relationships with owners, agencies, and stakeholders Proactively identify and resolve field challenges and performance issues What You Bring 5+ years of supervisory experience in heavy civil construction Strong experience with job cost tracking software (HCSS, JDE, or similar) Proven ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative, team‑oriented environment Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in fast‑paced environments Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Additional Requirements Ability to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as project demands require Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Why Join Our Client?
