Position: Full-Time Location: Washington Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary

As an LMHC on our remote team, you will deliver evidence-based therapy to adults through virtual sessions. This position allows you to focus on client care, progress tracking, and treatment outcomes while working within a stable weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
Assess client needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Document session notes and clinical progress
Adhere to state licensing and compliance requirements
Participate in clinical reviews as required
