Collision Estimator

Job Summary Service Center Glassboro. Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery, finalizing total loss administration, and providing post‑repair plan communication. The role must comply with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $65,000 – $100,000 per year. Immediate eligibility for medical, dental and vision benefits. Paid weekly. Paid vacation and holidays, accrue from day one. Paid skilled training and certifications (I‑CAR). Career growth opportunities – promotion from within. Responsibilities Write estimates. Conduct process reviews. Check in customer vehicles. Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice). Finalize total loss administration. Provide post‑repair plan communication and status updates to customers. Maintain compliance with safety rules, guidelines, and company standards. Qualifications 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred. 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under company insurance policy. Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Abilities, Skills & Knowledge Perform consistent physical activities – reach, kneel, bend, squat, lift up to 50 lbs. Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software. Understanding of repair processes and procedures. Strong sales orientation. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
