Commercial Relationship Manager VAt Regions, the Commercial Relationship Manager V focuses on the delivery of tailored client solutions across a broad range of products and services within a dedicated geographic area and primarily targets clients generally with revenues greater than $100MM.Primary ResponsibilitiesIdentifies, prioritizes and develops relationship strategy for high-value retention / expansion clients and acquisition targetsDelivers knowledgeable advice and solutions, institutionalizes client relationships, and optimizes revenue opportunities to the Commercial BankIsolates current and emerging client needs and proactively introduces solutionsIdentifies and works with relevant business partners in a team-based delivery modelPlans and executes quality client/prospect calls, centered around advice-driven deliveryManages transaction processes from initial engagement through final close, including structure, pricing, internal approval / compliance processes and documentationExercises a high degree of credit acumen and pricing disciplineDevelops consistent practices learned through the Relationship Management Process and relevant credit training, creating new client value and functioning as a strategic partnerThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor's degreeEight (8) years experience in Commercial banking or sales with at least five (5) years Commercial Relationship Management experiencePreferencesGraduate Degree in related fieldCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) DesignationSkills and CompetenciesAdvanced credit acumen and pricing disciplineDemonstrated leadership abilitiesAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsExperience developing others as a mentor/leaderPositive reputation and network of industry contactsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Proven negotiating abilitiesAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced business acumenPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
