Cupcake Finisher (Full-Time)

Join our family-owned bakery as a Cupcake Finisher, where you’ll work hands-on, in a fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For: Passion for creating high-quality baked goods Strong attention to detail and presentation Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong interpersonal communication skills Physically able to be on your feet all day, lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 350 pounds, squeeze large and small pastry bags throughout your shift, and work in hot/cold environments Baking/Pastry Arts Degree preferred, or high school diploma/GED, plus 1–3 years bakery experience preferred, or any equivalent combination of education and experience Schedule: Full-Time; 40 hours per week Tuesday-Saturday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m. (+30 minutes with a pre-approved lunch break) No late nights; closed on Sundays and major holidays Must be available to work during busy holiday seasons $15-$16.00/hour, based on experience Opportunities to grow and cross-train Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, and Life Insurance 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan Employee Assistance Program Bakery discounts Bethel Bakery is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
