LDSA Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily warehouse operations for LD Systems by coordinating equipment movement, inventory organization, equipment preparation and warehouse logistics. This role works closely with Production Services, Systems Integration, Logistics and Operations teams to ensure production equipment is accurately prepared, tracked and maintained for live events, Install and company operations. The position requires communication with multiple personnel, both internal and external, while maintaining a safe, organized and efficient warehouse environment. This position will be working heavily in IFS and Finesse to track and deploy components for all jobs and events. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, organizing, staging and preparing equipment for productions events and Installs Assist with equipment pull, prep, de-prep and return processes Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries and freight logistics Maintain organized warehouse inventory and storage areas Assist with inventory counts, audits and reconciliation of equipment discrepancies Support companywide operational and logistics coordination Verify incoming and outgoing equipment and materials Assist with maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety standards Collaborate with Production Services, Logistics, Install and Operations teams to support execution Assist with equipment inspection, cleaning and basic maintenance Operate warehouse equipment and company vehicles when required SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of two (2) years of warehouse, logistics or related operational experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to organize, prioritize and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to safely lift, move and organize production equipment Basic computer and inventory tracking experience preferred Experience in live event production, staging or entertainment industry preferred Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred COMPETENCIES/PERFORMANCE GOALS: Ability to organize, prioritize and perform effectively under stressful situations Works well with timelines and deadlines Self-motivated and passionate with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Maintain a professional and positive attitude and lead by example Strive to be an effective communicator and accomplish high department efficiency Develop and maintain a team-oriented perspective Take pride in your work and results achieved as a team Strive to multi-task Continue to gain knowledge and learn new skills to advance #J-18808-Ljbffr LD Systems
