Front Page Agency (FPA) is expanding into Arizona and building a new team in the Phoenix market to support a major telecommunications growth initiative.

We are hiring Retail Sales Associates who are confident, motivated, competitive, and excited about working directly with customers. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training and a clear path for individuals interested in developing into leadership and management.

Our team represents telecommunications services through retail and event-based environments , helping customers understand available internet and connectivity options while delivering a professional customer experience.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will:

• Engage with customers face-to-face at retail and promotional locations
• Introduce customers to available telecom and internet services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service options
• Explain current products, promotions, and service benefits
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in daily training and development
• Learn customer acquisition, sales, and territory development strategies
• Develop leadership skills for future advancement opportunities
