Youth Residential Counselor — Trauma-Informed Scheduling
Urban League of Rhode Island
Family Service of Rhode Island is seeking dedicated individuals to provide guidance and supervision to children and adolescents in a residential setting. Candidates should be empathetic and possess strong listening skills, ready to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. The role involves assisting residents to make daily life decisions within agency policies. A Bachelor's degree in psychology or social work is preferred, but relevant experience may also qualify candidates. Reliable transportation is required, and bilingual/ASL skills offer additional compensation.
