Lakeview Assisted Living and Memory Care in Gladstone is seeking reliable, compassionate, and dedicated direct care aides/caregivers to join our team for first and second shifts. We offer flexible scheduling, weekend shift premiums, and comprehensive training---all within a fun, supportive, and rewarding work environment. Applicants must: - Be at least 18 years old - Successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening - Demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and a caring, positive attitude - Have a genuine desire to enrich the lives of seniors Compensation: - Starting wage: $16.00 per hour (weekend shift incentives available) - Additional pay offered for candidates with a current CNA license
