This position manages the end-to-end user lifecycle and secure access protocols, while ensuring the communication platforms and physical security systems (including campus cameras and access controls) remain reliable and secure. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining operational integrity and providing high-quality technical support to our academic community.Essential Job Functions/Primary Responsibilities :(The essential functions or duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.
