The firm partners with Founders and C-Level Executives of VC and PE-backed businesses on everything related to their tax needs. This role will oversee a team of tax compliance professionals, all former Big-4 tax preparers, while focusing primarily on client relations and review. The firm would especially value someone who has prior experience working with stock options, RSUs, and equity compensation. They operate on a fully remote basis. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee tax compliance and reporting for high-net-worth individuals. Develop and implement effective tax strategies and planning solutions. Conduct tax research and stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements. Provide guidance on partnership taxation and structures. Collaborate with wealth management teams to align investment strategies with tax efficiencies. Develop financial planning strategies that consider risk management and tax implications. Advise clients on trusts and estate planning matters to preserve wealth across generations. Requirements Undergraduate/Master’s degree in Accounting or Tax 5-8+ years of HNW Tax experience in CPA firm CPA is a major plus Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, as well as PowerPoint). Team player and collaborator; excellent communications skills. Must be motivated, organized, flexible and proactive.
