Are you type A, obsessively detail-oriented, and energized by making things run without a hitch? Do you love organizing a hundred moving pieces at once, and getting thrown into the deep end and taught by the people who do this best? The LAUNCH Events Coordinator owns event production across all of our programs, in-person and online, an estimated 14-16 events a year. Travel might be required. This is a hands-on apprenticeship in event production. You'll be trained directly, and within your first weeks, you'll already be running pieces of real LAUNCH events. Expect high stakes, tight timelines, and zero tolerance for dropped details. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn event production at a high-output venture firm. If you want a comfortable job, this isn't it. If you want to be the person behind the room where founders, investors, and operators come together, and you're willing to learn fast, keep reading. What You'll Do Support and eventually own event production for all programs at LAUNCH, from budgeting and planning to on-site management and logistics to wrap-up and deliverables. Help develop and apply LAUNCH's event playbook, working directly with the people who built it. Bring Type A attention to detail, hard work, and enthusiasm to every event. Who This Is For You're: Type A, incredibly detail-oriented, and incredibly hardworking. Highly organized and self-directed. Comfortable being thrown into high-stakes situations and learning on the fly. Excellent at written and verbal communication, especially under pressure. Passionate about startups and technology.
