Software Engineer in Test (SDET)

Salary: $108,000 - 148,000 per year Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of experience as an SDET or Automation Engineer
• Strong programming ability in Java or Python
• Demonstrated experience with Selenium/WebDriver for UI automation
• Practical hands-on experience with API automation tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or similar
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or comparable tooling
• Understanding of cloud concepts and basic cloud testing practices, with AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities

• Develop and support automated test frameworks using Java or Python
• Create UI automation suites with Selenium/WebDriver
• Build and run API automation using Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent tools
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to embed tests into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins
• Take part in test planning, test case creation, and defect investigation
• Help ensure coverage across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Contribute to refining our automation approach, tooling, and best practices
• Assist with cloud-based testing environments and basic cloud validation workflows
