Diesel Mechanic

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Diesel Mechanic to join a leading Company located in the Rochester, NY surrounding area.

Salary: $62,400 - $72,800

Job Responsibilities:  

• Repair & maintain diesel trucks/heavy duty fleet vehicles
• Work on trash trucks, roll offtrucks, and flatbeds
• Diagnose problems using tools and equipment
• Fix brakes, engines, steering, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Perform routine PMs & inspections
• Keep simple service records

Basic Hiring Criteria:  

• At least 1 to 2+ years' Diesel mechanic experience on medium or heavy trucks
• Hydraulic system experience required
• Own your own tools. Have reliable transportation to get to and from the shop(s)
