Guest Service Associate / Front Desk

Position Overview: 

The role of a Guest Service Associate is to represent European Wax Center in a positive, upbeat and professional manner while upholding the company's core values. The Guest Service Associate is the first and last impression of the guest's entire experience, so it's important to always maintain a cheerful and positive attitude. A Guest Service Associate works with others who share in excitement and passion for Revealing Beautiful Skin. Even better, a Guest Service Associate shapes the future of EWC and supports guests in feeling gorgeous, radiant, and confident in their own skin. This position is fun and fast-paced, as well as an opportunity to become part of a cohesive team!

Responsibilities:

• To be a brand ambassador for European Wax Center
• To educate all guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes and consistency with waxing.
• To educate guests on current in-center promotions.
• To maintain and exceed center and individual goals.
• To work with our POS system while checking guests in and out of their reservations.

Compensation:

• Pay starts at $13 hourly, plus commission
• With commission, associates average between $13-$22 per hour
• Bi-Annual hourly pay increases
• Bonuses

While the above pay is averaged based upon actual GSA performance, there is no cap on commission, so how much you earn is entirely up to you!

We provide training and support, and advancement opportunities are available! Positions available for regularly scheduled shifts (20-40 hours) per week.
