Location: Edwardsville, KS Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 1st Shift Facility Type: Distribution Center

We're on the hunt for a mid-level Maintenance Technician who knows their way around electrical panels, hydraulic systems, and fast-paced environments. If you're the kind of person who can fix it before anyone else even knows it's broken—you belong here.
What You'll Do:
- Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on conveyors, forklifts, dock doors, and more
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (motors, sensors, relays, control panels)
- Diagnose and maintain hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders)
- Keep detailed records in our CMMS system
- Ensure all work orders are completed accurately and on time
- Hold external contractors accountable for quality, safety, and timely completion of work
Qualifications
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Advanced education strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Age of 18 or older
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Work closely with operations and safety teams to keep everything running smooth
- Strong skills in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Comfortable with tools, meters, and diagnostic gear
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
