Details for MIG Welder Position: $ 1 9-20.50 / Hour (Based on Shift) Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service Fast Start Date Weekly Pay Insurance Options Job Duties for MIG Welder Position: Pull, fit, and MIG weld parts according to prints and specifications Set up and operate MIG welding equipment, including adjusting voltage, wire feed, and gas flow Inspect welds for quality, strength, and conformance to specifications Clean and prepare materials before and after welding Label finished products accurately Follow basic processes, safety standards, and work instructions Maintain welding equipment and work area cleanliness Follow all policies, guidelines, and safety procedures in place Completes any other related tasks as needed Job Requirements and Desired Skills for MIG Welder Position: High school diploma or equivalent MIG welding experience preferred, semi-automatic experience a plus One year of welding experience or completion of welding classes preferred Ability to pass welder qualification test Ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to learn company products and processes Commitment to quality, safety, environmental standards, and company policies If you have the experience and skills we're looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing today!
