We are seeking an organized and dependable Transportation Coordinator to oversee and coordinate transportation operations, schedules, and logistics. This position is responsible for ensuring timely transportation services, maintaining communication with drivers and staff, and assisting with daily operational needs. Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily transportation schedules and assignments
- Communicate with drivers, staff, and customers regarding transportation needs
- Monitor routes, schedules, and delivery/pick-up times
- Maintain transportation logs, records, and reports
- Assist with resolving scheduling or transportation issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Support general office and operational duties as needed
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills required
- Previous transportation, logistics, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Dependable with reliable attendance
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
- Valid driver’s license preferred
