Bilingual Account Manager, Group Sales (Spanish/English) Start Date: June 2nd, 2026 Location: Cambridge, MA (resident or commutable distance required). Work from home Fridays, office Monday-Thursday. Role As an Account Manager, you’ll support Group Coordinators by helping them prepare trips, growing programs, consulting on best practices, and managing key pre‑departure details to ensure a smooth, high‑quality experience from enrollment through departure. You’ll begin as a Support Account Manager learning policies and product, assisting tenured Account Managers, covering out‑of‑office needs and upselling tour add‑ons or recurrent travelers. Once fully ramped up, you’ll transition to a full Account Manager, owning your own customer portfolio and funding a long‑term career path. Key Tasks Manage and grow group trips within your book of business by building a repeat sales pipeline and addressing pre‑departure questions. Encourage Group Coordinators to set future tours using sales processes and recruitment best practices to increase group size. Provide clear, detailed information to travelers to ensure full understanding of each component of the trip before departure. Serve as liaison between Group Coordinators and EF Go Ahead departments, initiating and following up on group requests. Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of EF products, processes, and internal systems. A Successful Group Account Manager Will Be Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English; role performed primarily in English with occasional Spanish use.
