Essential Functions

• Transferring of scales from Q.C. lab
• Set up weights before production shift
• Checking weights while line is running
• Completing Weight Control Form and/or entering weight control data into tablet computer
• Completing/Reviewing Weight Control Chart Data and notifying production when out of limits
• Label verification and packaging integrity checks
• Product temperature monitoring and thermometer calibrations
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (line cleanliness), compliance monitoring and reporting

Job Requirements/Skills

• Able to follow verbal instructions from Supervisor
• Handle multiple projects in a fast paced and limited timeframe while remaining detailed-oriented, reliable and organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical skills and attention to diminutive details 
• Must follow all Safety rules and Company Procedures 

Experience 

• Previous QA experience in a food manufacturing environment a plus but not required
