DAY IN THE LIFE AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Your attention to detail and clinical experience will help you to evaluate and identify changes in our residents' conditions and initiate appropriate steps. You understand being responsible for compliance with Medicare and Medicaid programs. Most importantly, you go home knowing you made a difference in the lives of others!

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Licensed as an LPN

• Previous experience in a long-term care facility

Do you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills? Are you patient and emotionally mature? Are you open to constructive feedback?
