NURSE PRACTITIONER (NP) / PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (PA‑C) – PAIN MANAGEMENT Outpatient | Office‑Based | Weekdays Only | Training & Ongoing Support Provided Base Salary: $100,000–$130,000 + Productivity Bonus Schedule: Full‑Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm Practice Setting: Outpatient Interventional Pain Management A Specialty Role with Real Support Pain management is a specialty — but you do NOT need pain management experience to succeed here. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient pain management practice. This is an office‑based role focused on scheduled outpatient visits, patient education, and collaborative care.

• No pain management experience required
• Daily, ongoing access to supervising physicians
• Collaborative environment — you are never practicing alone

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct pain‑focused histories and physical exams
• Manage acute and chronic pain conditions in collaboration with supervising

physicians

• Develop and follow treatment plans for outpatient visits
• Provide pre‑ and post‑procedure follow‑up care
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps
• Document visits clearly in the EMR
• Collaborate daily with physicians, MAs, and clinical staff

TRAINING & ONGOING SUPPORT

* Side‑by‑side training in:

• Pain‑focused assessments
• Patient communication and education
• Treatment planning and follow‑up visits
• Permanent supervising support — physicians are always available to:
• Answer questions
• Review plans
• Provide guidance on complex cases

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed NP or PA‑C (new graduates welcome)
• Active, unrestricted state license
• National certification
• BLS/CPR required (ACLS preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
