Now Hiring: Shift Leader/Key Holder – Ice Cream Dream Team About the Role We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Shift Leader/Key Holder (Must be at least 18 years old and available to work 3-5 days, including nights and weekends) to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success! You’ll be the right-hand hero to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and support our scoop squad Deliver amazing customer service Manage shifts (opening or closing) and daily operations Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly What We’re looking for Leadership or supervisory experience Positive, upbeat attitude Weekend/evening availability Perks of the Job Hourly rates from $16-$19/hour Fun, supportive team culture Opportunities to grow A workplace that smells like waffle cones all day Physical Requirements Carry up to 50lbs Stand and walk on a hard surface for 5-8 hours per day Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperature as low as 32 degrees F during inventory Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in freezer at temperature at -10 degrees F during inventory and stocking If you’re ready to lead with positivity, work hard, and have a blast doing it, apply today and help us keep the good times (and scoops) rolling! #J-18808-Ljbffr
