Marketing Specialist

As a Junior Marketing Specialist , you will play a crucial role in our marketing team, focusing on product creation, basic website maintenance, pricing and lead time updates. You will also assist with various other marketing tasks to support our overall strategy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain website and/or marketplace content, including product listings, pricing, and images.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues or reported item discrepancies.
• Assist in the development and launch of new products, including product creation, descriptions, and promotional materials.
• Regularly update product pricing to reflect market changes and company strategies.
• Ensure accurate lead time information is available for all products.
• Maintain and update all website pages, categories, and subcategories.
• Assist with other marketing tasks as needed, including content creation, social media management, and campaign execution.
• Work closely with vendors to manage and update drop ship and stock items.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Experience in NetSuite and/or Magento platforms a plus

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with ecommerce best practices.
• Marketing Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics preferred.
• SEO Experience preferred.
• One year experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (8:30 - 5:00)
• Starting Rate $30,000-$40,000 annually based on experience.
