The Opportunity: As a Sales Associate, you're the starting point for our customer's journey to a great night's sleep and an integral part of our mission to set people up for their day. This role is your first step on a clear career path in an environment that values hard work, dedication, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create an Exceptional Customer Experience: Leverage your understanding of our products and the sleep industry to provide tailored recommendations, ensuring each customer finds their perfect mattress.
• Drive Growth: As a foundational role in our stores to showcase our products, your ability to impact customers choice in a mattress right for them is crucial in our brand's continued success in MA and beyond

What We Offer:

• Competitive Compensation: $45,000 to $80,000 Annual Earnings

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively.
• Analytical ability to understand sales targets and promotions to drive performance.
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations, ensuring a consistent Yankee Mattress experience.
• Must provide two references upon completion of the interview process
• Must pass a background check and drug test (excluding marijuana) as part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment for our employees and customers.
