Responsibilities You love what you do, now love where you do it As a Lab Supervisor, you will provide leadership and operational oversight for assigned laboratory sections, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and compliant laboratory services. You will oversee staffing and workflow based on patient care needs, available resources, and staff competencies. Responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, and evaluating staff; supporting training and professional development; and promoting continuous quality improvement. You will coordinate laboratory policies and programs, foster effective communication and interdepartmental collaboration, and support budget planning and fiscal responsibility. As a leader and resource to the team, you will provide guidance, promote accountability and teamwork, and support a culture of professional growth while performing duties within the scope of applicable policies, regulations, and California law. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology or Medical Technology required Licenses and Certifications CLS - State of California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License required Disclaimers Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
