QUALIFICATIONS
Our ideal candidate has management training or experience, but it's not required. What matters most is that you meet the following criteria:
- Strong English communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to perform the necessary physical duties
- Great people skills and ability to solve problems
A DAY IN THE LIFE
As our Shift Manager, you are crucial to the success of your team and our restaurant. Your leadership skills shine as you delegate tasks, provide training, and motivate your team to achieve excellence. From coordinating schedules and handling customer complaints to monitoring food quality and ensuring cleanliness, no two days are the same. With an eye for detail, you help track our finances by checking receipts and safely storing our funds. You jump in to help your team however needed, guaranteeing that every shift is smooth and seamless!
