Parman Tractor & Equipment is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Parts Counter Associate to join the parts team!This job function is responsible for assisting in the determination of parts requirements with customers, selling parts, and providing order processing services. This is a high-energy position where supplying our Parts Customers with Totally Outrageous Customer Service is a priority.

Salary;$48K+ (hourly & commissions combined)

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and must be able to communicate with customers, coworkers, vendors, and managers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Able to communicate via email effectively and efficiently.
• Superior customer service skills
• Able to navigate on web browsers and learn the navigation of the business software system.
• Assist in receiving and organizing part shipments correctly
• Operation of a forklift
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• 7:00 am- 4:30 pm Mon-Fri work hours
• Carry a valid driver's license to drive company vehicles when required.
• Pass Physical Abilities Test post job offer

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete POS transactions in person and over the phone.
• Record customer interactions in CRM.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional personal appearance at all times.
• Create and handle special orders for non-stocking parts for customers.
• Maintain company and product confidentiality.
• Work independently and/or with others in a team environment.
• Must be able to work well under occasional pressure.
• All other duties as assigned.
