Key Responsibilities
- Venue Operations: Manage all aspects of venue operations including P&L and budgeting.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a large team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Guest Experience: Ensure top-notch service and a memorable experience for all guests.
- Bar Operations: Drive revenue through effective management and promotion of bar services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurant bars or late-night entertainment venues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of P&L and financial management.
- Ability to create a vibrant guest experience through innovative programming.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends as required by the business.
