Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Residential Sales Representative. The person in this role will connect with prospective borrowers, conduct initial needs assessments, and explain mortgage products and options in a clear, compliant manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, following up on leads, nurturing relationships with real estate professionals, and supporting new business development efforts. The Residential Sales Representative will guide clients through the application process, coordinate with internal teams to move files forward, and maintain accurate records in the company’s systems. This role requires consistent communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings, as well as a focus on meeting sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including experience in Sales and New Business Development, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into closed transactions.
• Ability to create and deliver effective Sales Presentations that clearly explain mortgage products and value propositions to prospective clients.
• Customer Service experience with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of Residential Real Estate, including basic understanding of home buying and refinancing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a straightforward manner.
• Comfort working remotely, with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and reliable time management.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools and basic proficiency in standard office software.
• Relevant licensing or registration as required by state or federal regulations for mortgage-related sales (or willingness to obtain).
• Prior experience in mortgage, financial services, or real estate sales is preferred but not required.
