Housing Choice Voucher Specialist

Virginia Housing in Virginia is seeking a Housing Eligibility Specialist to interview applicants, assess eligibility for the HCV program, and conduct prescreening, inspections, and certifications.
The role involves field visits, coordinating with landlords and tenants, maintaining records in VH systems, and preparing reports for SEMAP. A high school diploma with leasing/inspection experience is required; bachelor's preferred.
