Position Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Partner at our company, you will play a critical role in driving business success by ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent, aligned with our hyper-growth, highly regulated 503A/503B environment. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, using AI as a force multiplier to enhance speed, scale, quality, and decision-making. Your strategic thinking and execution rigor will be pivotal in meeting our P80-P90 talent expectations. Leveraging learning agility, you will align recruitment strategies with business objectives, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry standards. Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated success in strategic recruitment and AI utilization. Proven track record of leading successful recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
