Job Title: Warehouse Order Selector
Shift: 1st shift
Pay Rate: $17/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately select and pull products based on customer/store orders.
• Operate a pallet jack/EPJ to safely move products throughout the warehouse.
• Build and stack stable pallets while maintaining order accuracy.
• Verify product quantities, labels, and dates.
• Transport completed orders to designated staging areas or docks.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect product to a Lead/Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety, lifting, and equipment procedures.
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimal Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or order selecting experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a ride-on pallet jack/EPJ safely.
• Ability to read and understand numbers, labels, and orders.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.

Work Environment:

• Ability to work in a Distribution Center environment with a variation of temperatures.
