Assignment Details:

• Assignment: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• Required: BLS
• Charting system experience required (Epic)
• Patient ratio experience: 56 patients

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and assess patients' conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health issues and rehabilitation strategies.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation: ~12 hours
• Must include all RTO requests at submittal
• Holiday coverage required for 3 of 5 major holidays
