Nuclear International Project Manager

Professional Staffing Partners is seeking a NuclearInternational Project Manager with prior experience managing international projects within the Nuclear industry. This is a direct hire role based in the US, ideally in our client's Fort Worth, TX office offering a competitive compensation package and relocation if needed. Overview The International Project Manager will be responsible for defining project objectives, creating a project schedule, and overseeing the budget throughout the entire project. The position will interact with both internal and external stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities Review the client’s contract and go through order acceptance, document approvals, project date changes, order completion, shipment notification, communication plan. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. Determine and allocate the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project. Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities. Review the project schedule with management and customers (as required). Monitor progress of the project against project milestones and notify management if there is a deviance from the plan; Communicates schedule and changes to all stakeholders. Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality. Create and submit Production Orders (JOFs) - locate and attach CGD, TIR, or other work guides. Create and submit Travelers - Locate and attach drawings, Specs, TIR, FATP. Update project schedules in Hippo - develop based on TML, update based on project activities. Create and submit spreadsheets for vendor POs. Prepare paperwork for completion/invoicing. Provide client updates as requested; host monthly client project reviews. Prepares agendas, meeting notes and project summaries. Participate in GEMBA and Project Review Meetings. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of project management experience required. PMP designation required. Must have prior experience managing international projects - experience with South Korea is strongly desired. Experience in the Nuclear industry required.
