Overview Mechanical Engineering - Adjunct Faculty at Spring Arbor University Seeking adjunct faculty to teach Mechanical Engineering courses. Potential assigned courses include Dynamics, Mechanics of Materials, Mechatronics, and others as needed. Education and Experience Master’s degree in Engineering, Ph.D. preferred. Candidates with a master’s degree in a closely related area with a minimum of 18 hours of graduate level Engineering will also be considered. Successful college teaching experience in campus environments is preferred. Qualifications Experience working in multicultural academic environments preferred and individuals from diverse populations are encouraged to apply. Mission and Affiliation The successful candidate will be able to articulate how they would seek to integrate the Christian faith into their discipline and will be someone who enjoys working with students and other faculty. Individual will exhibit a life and service that is in full accord with the Spring Arbor University Concept, Statement of Faith, and Community Covenant. Applicants must be thoroughly supportive of the University’s mission and values as an evangelical Christian University affiliated with the Free Methodist Church.
