Job ResponsibilitiesCorporateFollow all SOPs and other applicable laboratory or company policies and proceduresMaintain confidential informationGeneralBuild relationships across departments/disciplines and with customers through frequent communicationSupport and participate in company initiatives as directedMaintain thorough knowledge of facility SOPs, policies, study protocols, etc.Adhere to all safety regulations and proceduresProvide assistance or support to other Inotiv sites as necessaryPerform other duties as assignedSpecificEffectively work with DTS Project Management Team and DSA Program Management TeamEnsure that projects are scheduled, monitored, and tracked within various departments / disciplines to meet the objectives, deliverables, and timelinesProvide good project visibility and seamless communication with all stakeholders by maintaining dashboards, project trackers, schedules, status reports, meeting notes, ESM, Smartsheet, est.Assist with revenue recognition as neededTrack on-time delivery and other appropriate performance metricsUtilize project management tools and templates (ESM, Smartsheet, HubSpot, etc.)Act as liaison for the project while working with the client and subject area expertsEstablish and communicate major milestones both internally and externally; discuss with team when escalation is required based on progress against deliverables/milestonesSchedule, coordinate, and communicate project timelines and milestonesEnsure project teams understand project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and tasksBuild relationships across departments/disciplines by frequent communication throughout the project and by ensuring their needs are being metCommunicate regularly with project leads/Study Directors/scientists from within and across Inotiv sites for projects that include histopathology workUtilize project management tools and templatesRequest and organize applicable documents and data from the Sponsor/Study Director prior to study initiationOrganize and maintain study materials on multiple platforms (servers, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, ESM)Support remote and on-site subject matter experts and pathologistsEnsure quotes are accurate and delivered on timeProvide clear and accurate documentation of study activities according to SOP requirements, including assistance with protocol/study design amendments and change ordersCoordinate internal and external shipmentsOther tasks as assignedEducation and experienceBachelor’s degree or higher (life sciences preferred), or 5+ years of relevant experienceFive years or more of relevant experience preferredSkills and abilitiesExcellent organizational skills and detail orientedProfessional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with personnel at all levels of the organizationMust be able to coordinate and collaborate with other functional departments and sitesAbility to multi-task and/or manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to create, manage, track, and update pathology deliverable schedulesReview study designs/protocols as it applies to scheduling histopathology workSelf-directed and creative thinkerProficient in the use of computer software applications as needed (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, Smartsheet, SharePoint)Performance RequirementsGeneralAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishManual dexterity to operate calculator/computerPhysical activityModerate physical activity: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerRequires talking, standing, walking and repetitive movement of hands, fingers, reaching and lifting 10-20 poundsWorking ConditionsWork is normally performed in a typical interior office or laboratory environmentNoise level is usually moderateSalary Range: $70,000- $85,000 adjusted according to the level of the role and the candidate’s relevant experience and/or education.
