Contract | Onsite | Full-Time | Evening/Day Shifts (5x8 Hours) | Primary Shift: 14:30–23:00 | Secondary Shifts: 06:00–14:30 and 06:30–15:00 | Weekend and holiday coverage required | No on-call requirement

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient pharmacy technician duties across day and evening shifts in a clinical hospital setting
• Prepare and compound sterile medications in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
• Support pharmacy operations including medication dispensing, inventory management, and order processing
• Float to other areas within the department as needed based on staffing requirements
• Provide coverage during weekends and holidays as part of the standard schedule

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Active Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration required
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient clinical pharmacy technician experience
• Minimum of 2 years of sterile compounding experience
• Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a pediatric or specialty inpatient hospital environment
• Familiarity with high-volume inpatient pharmacy workflows and clinical support functions
