Food/Consumables Team Supervisor

What you’ll do Provide customer service in deli, bakery, or dry grocery departments, ensuring excellent shopping experiences. Create seasonal displays and help customers find products they are looking for. Maintain cleanliness and adherence to temperature control, product dates, and food safety standards. Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays. Assist customers with cake orders, deli orders, or produce selection. Keep work area clean, sanitized, and customer‑ready. What you’ll bring Experience or passion for fresh food or grocery. Strong customer‑service skills and ability to assist customers in finding products. Attention to detail in product quality and safety. Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment. Effective communication and teamwork. Compensation Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour when applicable.
