Anew Collective is a Florida-based real estate team built for agents who want consistent opportunity, not empty promises. We provide strong lead flow, modern systems, and real support so you can focus on converting conversations into closings.

Our Agent Opportunity:

Inbound buyer and seller leads from Zillow Preferred and Realtor.com
A pipeline where agents average 10+ new leads per month from team-provided sources
A system designed to help you respond faster, follow up properly, and convert more
Infrastructure that supports long-term business growth, not short-term bursts

This is not “hang your license and hope.”

This is structured opportunity with real expectations and real support.

What You’ll Do:

Work with buyer and seller clients from first contact to closing
Respond quickly to inbound leads and set appointments
Manage follow-up using Follow Up Boss CRM
Build relationships that turn into repeat and referral business

Requirements:

Active Florida real estate license (or in progress)

Compensation Location:

Commission-based with performance upside
Florida-based (hybrid/remote depending on market)

$48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
