Job Full Description

Job Duties:

Cleaning and sanitizing offices, kitchen, restrooms, etc.
Maintaining floors - tile, vinyl, and wood - in multiple offices both upstairs and downstairs
Managing cleaning supply needs and being accountable for inventory
Waste management, taking out trash
Light maintenance work - changing lightbulbs, hanging pictures, etc.
Light groundskeeping

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizations skills
The ability to complete tasks, follow up, and communicate effectively
Take pride in work completed with great attention to detail
Able to lift up to 40 pounds
Able to lift, climb up and down stairs, push, pull, reach, twist, squat, walk, kneel, bend

Work Schedule: 7:30am to 4pm Monday - Friday w/ OT as needed
