- Cleaning and sanitizing offices, kitchen, restrooms, etc.
- Maintaining floors - tile, vinyl, and wood - in multiple offices both upstairs and downstairs
- Managing cleaning supply needs and being accountable for inventory
- Waste management, taking out trash
- Light maintenance work - changing lightbulbs, hanging pictures, etc.
- Light groundskeeping
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizations skills
- The ability to complete tasks, follow up, and communicate effectively
- Take pride in work completed with great attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to lift, climb up and down stairs, push, pull, reach, twist, squat, walk, kneel, bend
