As a Full-Time Server, you will be an integral part of our hospitality team, providing outstanding guest experiences while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet and serve guests promptly, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings to make recommendations.
- Order Management: Accurately take and process orders while ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Table Maintenance: Monitor guest needs and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Cleanliness: Keep dining areas clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a restaurant server in a full-service restaurant or sports bar is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and serving standards.
Schedule
Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
